He is adept at optimizing third party spend by applying robust procurement processes and implementing comprehensive contract management monitoring.

He provides strong commercial leadership and practical expertise for strategic procurement programmes, driving efficiency and compliance across contract lifecycles.
A recognised authority on contemporary procurement and contract management issues, George is deeply committed to capacity development. He is skilled at fostering ethical relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, employing collaborative and strategic negotiation approaches to achieve win win outcomes. His contributions have supported government organisations internationally in achieving disciplined and effective expenditure management.
George’s strong analytical abilities are reinforced by his diverse professional experience across multiple spend categories in both public and private sectors. He currently leads all Ministries and Agencies in Ghana to strengthen supply chain disciplines nationwide.
In addition to his executive role, George serves as a Board Member of the Ghana Railway Development Authority. He holds a Master of Laws (Procurement Law) from the University of Nottingham, is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), and a member of the Ghana Institute of Procurement & Supply (GIPS). He is presently pursuing his Doctorate in Supply Chain.
